For consultation and directive or continuing care:

• Exercise and stress test
• 24 hour Holter monitor
• 24 hour blood pressure monitor (free of charge to the patient)
• Elective cardioversion
• CHF (Congestive Heart Failure)
• Atrial Fibrillation
• Diabetes
• Preoperative evaluation

Referrals are welcome from primary care physicians and other specialists. Please contact the office for referral forms or further information.
